🔄 Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date your order was placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
-Unworn or unused
-In original condition with tags
-In its original packaging
-Accompanied by proof of purchase
Starting a Return
To begin a return, please email us at shop@hisglory.me.
If your return is approved:
If the return is due to our error, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions
If the return is not due to our error (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
📦 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
🔁 Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please email shop@hisglory.me to request an exchange.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
-Perishable goods (such as Kingdom Fuel once opened)
-Custom or personalized products
-Personal care items
-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
-Sale items and gift cards
If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
