Capitol Punishment DVD

Nick Searcy, present at the January 6th rally, presents previously unseen footage capturing the event. He conducts in-depth interviews with Proud Boys president Enrique Tarrio and others detained in SWAT-style FBI raids for their involvement. The documentary includes recordings of Ashli Babbitt shortly before her fatal shooting by Capitol police as she entered the restricted area where Congress members were sheltering, alongside interviews with her husband. It also features accounts from rally participants held in solitary confinement for months without bail or trial, many of whom declined plea deals and still face charges. Searcy’s footage reveals the crowd’s size, Capitol Hill police removing barricades to admit attendees, and individuals disguising themselves behind trees before entering the Capitol. The role of FBI informants is examined through discussions with former and current FBI and DEA agents, while interviews with former military and FBI officials argue that the Capitol breach was orchestrated internally to serve a political agenda.
