This herbalist-formulated, unique blend of 13 herbs, roots, and spices improves on the traditional fire cider formula for more comprehensive herbal immune and digestive support. SIZING AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Adults typically take 1–2 tbsp a day; children under 12 typically take 1–2 tsp a day. This is a food, so you can't take "too much" — we've been known to take 1 tbsp every few hours when we need extra support.
